"ROV-in-a-Bag" loaner kits are "re-usuable" kits that come with pre-assembled control boxes, tether, and motors. They are similar to SeaMATE AngelFish or PufferFish ROVs, which can be viewed and purchased here - see http://www.marinetech.org/seamate-rov-kits/.
