Description:

The Dauphin Island Sea Lab is looking for an undergraduate (Junior or Senior) intern for their summer educational programs! Interns assist the DHP education staff in our many summer programs for K-12 students, teachers and the public. This is a wonderful opportunity for science education majors to learn more about environmental education, marine science, and the Gulf coast while living at the beach!

Housing and meals are provided, along with a stipend. Position is June 2 – August 4, 2016.

Requirements:

Interns work with the educators assisting in all aspects of logistics, planning, classroom prep, and teaching.  In addition, there will be an opportunity for the intern to teach in outreach programs off campus.
